NYC Audubon contributing members enjoy many benefits, including access to free Members-Only walks that provide delight and camaraderie! We offer over 10 Members-Only walks each year during spring and fall migration. While birding, members get the chance to meet others who care about protecting birds, including our board and staff.

Fall Walks Available to Register on August 2, 9am

In-person Members-only walks are returning and will be available to NYC Audubon contributing members for registration on Monday, August 2, 9am. If you have any questions, please email membership@nycaudubon.org or call 212-691-7483 x301.

FALL MIGRATION IN THE CENTRAL PARK RAMBLE
Wednesday, September 8, 7:30-9am
Meet at Central Park West and 72nd Street and enjoy a fall ramble with Jeff Kimball, filmmaker of Birders: The Central Park Effect and immediate past president of NYC Audubon.

FALL MIGRATORY SONGBIRDS IN CENTRAL PARK

Meet at Central Park West and 103rd Street to join Kellye Rosenheim, author of Birdwatching in New York City and on Long Island, for a trek through Central Park’s North Woods.

FALL WALK IN PROSPECT PARK

Meet at the entrance to Prospect Park across from Grand Army Plaza and join NYC Audubon Advisory Council Member Tom Stephenson, author of The Warbler Guide and creator of the BirdGenie smartphone app, for a fall meander.

EXPLORING GOVERNORS ISLAND I
Friday, October 8, 10am-12:30pm
Take a mini-vacation from the bustle of New York City. Meet at the Governors Island Manhattan Ferry (Battery Marine Terminal near the Staten Island Ferry) for a short ride to the island and a morning of birding under the guidance of expert Annie Barry.
